JKB Interiors is a full-service interior design firm specializing in design and build installations, as well as new construction in residential and commercial applications. Led by founder Wendy Greenwald, a working mother with more than two decades of experience in building, design, and decor projects in Costa Rica, JKB Interiors brings both creative vision and technical expertise to every project.
Wendy's passion for travel, cooking, entertaining, and discovering innovative approaches to beautiful spaces informs the firm's distinctive aesthetic. After years of developing residential projects throughout Costa Rica and running a successful window treatment and furnishing company, she recognized the need for a more technical, professionally grounded approach to remodeling amidst the region's extensive collection of aging real estate.
Affiliated with the National Kitchen & Bath Association and the American Society of Interior Designers, JKB Interiors has established a network of trusted local tradesmen and women to deliver interior design excellence throughout the Central Pacific area. In 2021, the firm expanded its service area to include projects in the Florida Keys, and in 2023, further extended its reach to Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Today, JKB Interiors offers an extensive selection of furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories to complement every project. The firm's portfolio includes bespoke residential projects in the Florida Keys as well as the firm's signature residential development, Sanara at Reserva Conchal in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

From concept to completion, the firm has refined a comprehensive process that guides clients in creating sophisticated, earthy modern spaces expertly adapted for tropical living.
